Streamlined Shipping for Your Office Needs

Enjoy free shipping on orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts) within Canada. This excludes heavy or bulky items and deliveries to remote areas. For orders under $50, a flat shipping fee of $9.95 applies (with the same exceptions).

We primarily use Purolator to deliver your order quickly and safely. Depending on your location, your order may also be delivered by one of our other trusted carriers, including TForce Freight, General Freight, Hendrix Transport, Pro-Wide, Nationex, Precision, or Armour Courier. For remote areas, Canada Post may handle the delivery.

How Shipping Costs are Calculated

We calculate shipping fees based on your order’s weight, size, and destination. While we strive for clear explanations, some details—such as the exact definitions of “heavy” or “bulky”—are determined by our courier partners and may be subject to change. Our commitment to transparent pricing always remains. You will see your exact shipping cost before you complete your order, with all fees clearly displayed in your cart so there are no surprises.

Order Processing

We ship orders once your payment is approved, and the items are in stock.

Unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we'll do our best to notify you and get your order back on track as soon as possible.

Expected Delivery Times

Most in-stock items reach major Canadian cities within 1-2 business days! Deliveries to more remote areas may take a bit longer, but we'll do our best to get your order to you quickly. We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes.

Products that are backordered, out-of-stock, or shipped from a partner may have extended delivery times. When you add an item to your shopping cart, you may receive one of the following messages to help you understand the estimated delivery date:

  • "In-stock" - Usually ships within 1 to 2 business days.
  • "This product requires special shipment. Ships separately" - Delivery times will vary.
  • "On backorder" - Backordered products will ship as soon as they become available. For more information before placing an order, or if you do not receive your product within the expected time, please contact Customer Support at customersupport@gobizzy.ca.

Delivery Details

After placing an order, you'll receive an email confirmation with an estimated delivery date. You can track your order’s progress online using the tracking number provided by the assigned courier.

Generally, deliveries occur between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time, Monday to Friday.

Depending on your location and the courier, you may be asked to sign for the delivery.

We understand that getting your order on time is important. While we strive for prompt delivery, unforeseen circumstances can occasionally cause delays. If this happens, we'll do our best to notify you and get your order back on track as soon as possible.
