A GoBizzy account unlocks additional benefits! You can:

Creating an Account

During your first purchase, you'll be prompted to create an account. It's simple: choose a username (your email address works!) and set a secure password. That's it! You'll unlock all the benefits of MyAccount instantly.

Do I Need an Account to Shop?

Forgot Your Password?

No worries! Use the Forgot Password to reset it.

Updating Your Account Info

Once logged in, head to "MyAccount" and navigate to your profile to change your password or email address.

Changing Your Shipping Address

When you're checking out, you can enter any Canadian address. We'll immediately tell you what the shipping charges will be; remember, most orders over $50 have free shipping!

Changing Your Password

Once logged in, head to "MyAccount" and then your profile settings. Look for the "Change Password" option and follow the on-screen instructions.

Updating Your Email Address

Once logged in, navigate to "My Account" and locate your profile settings. You can then update your email address there. Remember to click "Submit" to save your changes.

Adding or Changing Your Shipping Address

You have the flexibility to choose a shipping address during checkout. This will become your default shipping address. Of course, you can specify a different shipping address whenever you checkout.

All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

Finding Your Receipt

Check your inbox for order confirmation and shipment emails. Those emails are receipts for your purchases.

Shipping & Delivery

How much is shipping?

Orders over $50 (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free shipping, with some exceptions for bulky, heavy, or remote area deliveries. A $9.95 shipping fee applies to orders under $50 with similar exceptions. See our Shipping page for more details.

When will I get my order?

Most products ship within 1-2 business days to major urban centres. Delivery times for other areas may vary. Visit our Shipping page for more details.

Do you ship outside of Canada?

Currently, we only ship within Canada.

Who will deliver my order?

Most orders are shipped with Purolator. Depending on your location and the nature of your order, your delivery may also be handled by one of our dedicated fleet partners, including TForce Freight, General Freight, Hendrix Transport, Pro-Wide, Nationex, Precision, or Armour Courier. Occasionally, Canada Post may deliver to areas not serviced by these carriers. Visit our Shipping page for more info.

Do I need to sign for the delivery?

This depends on your location and the delivery carrier. The courier will determine if a signature is required at the time of delivery. Visit our Shipping page for more info.

What if I can't find my package?

Use the provided tracking number provided in your shipping email to check the delivery status of your order on the courier’s website. This will confirm if your order has been delivered or if there are any additional instructions. If you are still unable to locate your package after following these steps, please contact customer support by emailing Customer Support.

What are Bulky or Heavy Items?

Bulky or heavy items are defined according to our courier partners’ guidelines. For more details, please refer to the courier’s website or visit our Shipping page.

Returns & Refunds

Hassle-Free Returns

Not happy with something? No worries! We offer full refunds or replacements within our return policy. Visit our Returns page for complete details on return conditions, timeframes, and exceptions.

Tracking Your Return

No problem! Use the tracking number on your shipping label to track your return on the courier’s website.

Exchanges

Want to exchange an item? Treat it like a return! Just send the item back and place a new order for the replacement. You'll find all the info you need on our Returns page.
