GoBizzy Return Policy

Return Process

Please contact customersupport@gobizzy.ca if you wish to return a product. Tell us your order number, name, and the reason for the return, and we’ll do our best to process your request and send you a return shipping label within 2 business days. Next, we’ll ask that you ship the items back to us with Purolator. Refunds will be processed as quickly as possible following the receipt of the product by our distribution centers. Please allow up to 15 business days to see the refund on your credit card. Please note, delivery fees are not refundable.

Return Policy

We will give you a full refund or replacement if you are not satisfied with a product you purchased from GoBizzy, within the return conditions, return periods, and exceptions outlined below. Please note, delivery fees are not refundable.

Return Conditions

All product returns must be unopened unless they are defective. Products must include original undamaged packaging, parts, and manuals.

Return Periods

Unopened and unused office products, ink and toner, furniture, coffee equipment small appliances, cleaning chemicals, and health and safety products, damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent products can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase. All Grand & Toy® brand products can be returned within 365 days from the date of purchase.

Unopened and unused, damaged, or defective technology products can be returned within 14 days from the date of purchase.

Return Exceptions

  • All software is non-returnable and non-refundable, except if the product was sent incorrectly.

  • For hygiene reasons, opened headphones and headsets are non-returnable, except if the product is defective or it was sent incorrectly.

  • For health and safety reasons, food items are non-returnable, except if the product is defective or it was sent incorrectly.

  • Custom/Special ordered furniture with extended delivery are non-returnable.

  • Furniture installation fees are non-refundable.

Missing Items

In the case of a missing product, note the discrepancy on your order confirmation email, order summary in My Account, or the packing slip and notify customersupport@gobizzy.ca at your earliest convenience.
